Meet Dr. Georgeu

Dr. Arthur Georgeu has been in private practice in East Providence RI for the past 29 years, specializing in the treatment of periodontal disease and the surgical placement of dental implants.  Dr. Georgeu graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University with a Bachelor’s degree in biology.  He then received his dental degree from Tufts University School of Dental Medicine in 1987 and his periodontal Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in 1989 from Boston University School of Dental Medicine.

Dr. Georgeu is a long standing member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association and past president of the Pawtucket RI Dental Society.  He is also a member of the Academy Of Osseointegration as well as a past clinical instructor of dental hygiene at the Community College of Rhode Island.

Dr. Georgeu is a provider with Donated Dental Services providing care to the needy and underprivileged children and adults of Rhode Island. He has also offered internships in his office to college students considering dentistry or periodontics as a career.

Dr. Georgeu and his wife have 3 children and enjoys many outdoor activities, especially golf and skiing. Dr. Georgeu was also very active in youth and school sports coaching softball, baseball and basketball teams and is an avid Boston sports fan!
